assignment #30

I took few minutes to read assignment #3.

I opened S drive, p drive.....I never stored anything on those 2 drives so there is no necessary for me to delete anything over there.

I opened Z drive where I did find I store some word documents and personal pictures there.

I deleted all those document files and some pictures. However, I forwarded 2 of my personal pictures to my HCPL e-mail account and then forwarded them to my personal e-mail account. I then deleted the e-mail with picture attachments on my HCPL account to keep it clean and simple. I finish this assignment # 30 with Alma's help. Thanks to her.

I finally finish this one hour training.

Assignment #29

Today I spent some time to clean up my HCPL e-mail account. I forwarded some e-mails which I want to keep to my personal e-mail account, I delete some e-mails which were no use anymore, and I also delete some folders.

My HCPL e-mail account now only takes about 1.4% of the entire storage space.

assignment #28

1. I read all about GTD.
2. I review google calendar website and "remember the Milk" website. They are very functional and very useful. However, I have my own calendar and I think one is enough for me.

Week 5 , #12 Library Elf

I studied and learned how "Library Elf" could help us organize and track all books that we borrowed from different libraries. It is a very useful tool and I enjoy it a lot. I will recommend it to friends and co-workers.

Week 4, #9 assignment

Once again, with Becky Liu's big help, I jumped one more step to finish Week 4, #9 assignment.

I need to find time to calm down and figure it out what I have been doing.

Thanks a lot, Becky.
